"Cioffì" is a fresh and fragrant mousse prepared with artichokes and mint. Perfect for making pasta dishes or main courses of meat or fish. Ideal for stuffing Piadinas or flaky Cresce.
Artichokes (min 52%), extra virgin olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar of Modena, mint, onion, garlic, salt, chili pepper.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
It is not necessary to reheat them. Sprinkle Cioppì flaky Crescia generously and enjoy.
