Soft wheat flour type '0' 100% Italian, water, lard, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, maize starch), lactose-free milk, salt, additives E202, pepper.

Contains gluten, milk and eggs.
May contains traces of soya and mustard.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
You can keep it in the fridge and once you open the package it has to be consumed within 5 days.
HE PRODUCT CAN BE FROZEN.

Mode of use

Remove product from package and heat on a hot baking sheet or griddle for 2 minutes per side or 1 minute in the toaster oven.
Do not use in microwave oven. Great with cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables.
